Enrolment at the Polisportiva Budokai Ispra

1.            Registration to the site

https://www.budokai.it/

An email will be sent to you to "Activate your account".

You are now the "account holder".

 

Important notes:

You must read and carefully fill in which category you belong to:

Internal J.R.C. / Retired J.R.C.: Statutory staff (officials, temporary agents, contractual agents) and Non-statutory staff (grant holders, trainees, visiting scientists and seconded national experts) of the European Commission working at the JRC Ispra, their spouses and children; Staff Retired from the European Commission, their spouses and children. Statutory and non-statutory staff of the European Commission working at the JRC Ispra, their spouses and children; staff retired from the European Commission, their spouses and children.

External J.R.C.:    Personnel with other contracts no European Commission operating on the JRC Ispra site.

External:                All those not mentioned above.

 

2.            Subscription to the POLISPORTIVA BUDOKAI

In your account you can enter your family members: (spouse and children).

You can apply for membership in BUDOKAI: yours or a family member (spouse and children).

You do not necessarily have to subscribe to the Budokai; you can only subscribe one of your family member.

Complete the online form for you and/or your family, choosing the section you want to attend for each one.

All the required fields in the online form must be completed.

The entry of incorrect data results to the refusal of the request.

 

3.            Payment for the Subscription

You can proceed to payment by following the instructions only after receiving the confirmation email.

 

4.            Enrollment in courses

After registering at Budokai you can request registration for courses for you and / or your family members. Remember to upload your valid medical certificate before enrolling in the courses.
