Aikido is a non-competitive martial arts. Its main characteristics are circular movements. These movements allow to deflect the attack of the partner without using any power.
This particularity makes aikido practicable by whoever, independently of gender, physical state or age.
At the Budokai, the aikido is taught following the school of :
Hirokazu KOBAYASHI Shihan, direct pupil of the founder of Aikido O-Sensei Morihei UESHIBA. Pascal Kupper is the technical responsible and is following the path of the departed Master Giampietro Savegnago , who was one of the best examples of the aikido of Hirokazu Kobayashi in Europe and worldwide.
The classes are on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, starting at 9pm. There is also a class on Thursday during lunch break at the Multi Sports hall
